Sand Waves Marine Dune Day Combo
The SandWaves Marine Dune Day Combo Tour offers you the best of both worlds. We kick off early morning with a breathtaking Marine Cruise and spoil you with the world-renowned Dunes in the afternoon. The Marine Tour starts at the Walvis Bay Harbour where we cruise to Pelican Point which is famous for its large Seal Colony of Cape Fur Seals. You will experience the thrill of a few seals joining us on the boat and Dolphins riding the bow of the catamaran. Relax with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine served with fresh oysters and snacks before joining SandWaves for a 4×4 tour into lower Kuiseb Delta Hummock-duned Valley, Salt Pans and the Namib-Naukluft Park “where ocean and desert come together”. The Sand Waves Half Day Tour provides you with the ultimate desert experience. On this 4×4 tour, we also venture into the lower Kuiseb Delta Hummock-duned Valley, Salt Pans and into the Namib-Naukluft Park “where ocean and desert come together”. The tour will take you through the Moon Landscape and into the Namib Section of the Namib – Naukluft Park. It’s exciting, and the landscape is overwhelmingly impressive. Common sightings include Springbuck, Black-backed Jackals, Oryx, Ostrich, Hartmann’s Zebra, Giraffe and if lucky Cheetah.
